Women around the world are presented with significant financial adversities for much of their lives. In an age where an individual’s ability to participate in the global or national economy greatly influences their life-style, these financial adversities create a hinderance that permeates into virtually every aspect of a woman’s life. This project looks at the legislation and provisions in place to protect and accommodate female workers, whether they are working or retired. “Economic Equality” is an effort to level the playing field.
